Hello,

I am finding an issue in my model where the costs associated with environmental externalities are not included in the results unless I calculate the scenario two times in a row. I am using LEAP 2020.1.101, NEMO, and Gurobi. I have tried calculating one scenario at a time vs many at a time, the API vs manual, and deleting and re-adding effects, but nothing changes this. Freedonia works normally so I can not find the issue. Help is appreciated.
