Dear all

I tried to use LEAP 2020 in my second new Laptop but it shows an error, cannot opened as indicated attached here, i tried many times, but can't work. It works in my old laptops but not in the second new one. Any suggestion??? and in addition how to calculate the yearly shape load of each demand sides and the transformation side. Thank you.
