Hi,

I just updated the LEAP to the newest version (Ver. 103). I cannot change anymore the options of handling insufficient capacity additions in the optimization settings other than the first option, which is stop calculations and report an error in LEAP. When I try to change it to the other options (second or third), the option always goes back to the first one and the saving button is even not highlighted. Is it supposed to be like this in the newest LEAP? or this is kind of error? Kindly help me with this problem. Thank you.
