I haven't tried this TBH. Have you tried entering a negative value for the scrappage value?

Sorry - sent that too fast.
The variable I was thinking of is called "Stranded Cost" and belongs to each Transformation process. But it seems like it is not utilized in the overall cost-benefit calculations so might not be useful. For now you may need to factor this in to the capital costs of the process. I can look into adding a new variable for this in future versions.
