    To whom it may concern,

Hope this message finds you well.

I am Sutinee Choomanee, a student studying at the Asian Institute of Technology. I have applied for an academic LEAP license and followed the website instructions to download the program. Upon opening the program, I found two issues: (1) A component required for scripting (TSC64.DLL) is not registered with Windows, and the program requested that I register; (2) I encountered registration requirements, such as a password or LEAP registration code. Unfortunately, I couldn't locate these credentials, and the program indicated that there's no valid license associated with my account. As a result, LEAP is currently running in evaluation mode with limited functionality. Could you please assist me in resolving these issues?

    Thank you very much.

    Hi Sutinee,

I believe we have solved you license issue. As for the registering of tsc64.dll, if this problem continues to persist, please follow the following instructions:

    1) Open command prompt"-application as an administrator (right click on app to choose "open as an administrator).
    2) Run LEAP\leap.exe /regserver
Note that it may be necessary to have LEAP already started (also run as an administrator).
    3) In command prompt window, run:
    regsvr32 /u LEAP\tsc64.dll
    then
    regsvr32 LEAP\tsc64.dll

    This should resolve your issue.

    Best,
    Charlotte
