Good afternoon, when I model the production of a city and I am telling it that I only generate electricity, the program somehow understands that natural gas is also produced and eliminates natural gas imports. What could be happening?

This does not provide enough information to deduce what is going on, but it looks like natural gas is NOT being used for generation but is being used to directly meet industry, services and residential demands.
