    I have been encountering a recurring error whenever I access the results tab. Despite multiple attempts at reinstalling the software, the error persists in both the 112 - 32 bit and 64 bit versions. I am unsure of the cause. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

    This may be an access-rights issue. I would recommend trying to delete and manually recreate a file with that name in that folder. You may need to contact your IT support to discuss file access rights on your computer.

    Hi Bingyu,

    Make sure you have updated to the latest LEAP version (2024.1.1.4), which has some changes to reduce the occurrence of this problem. If the problem persists you will need to check if some other app might be temporarily locking those files. Sometimes anti-virus or cloud synching tools like Dropbox or OneDrive can be the culprits. Make sure you exclude the "LEAP Areas" folder from the set of folders scanned by such apps.

    Thank you very much for your reply. The problem was solved after I turned off the anti-virus software on my computer.Thank you very much for your advice.

    Thanks for feedback! Could you tell me which AV software you are using? It would be good to know so I can help others.

    BTW - you may be able to keep using the software if you can set it to exclude the LEAP Areas folder (and subfolders) from the files it scans.
