I have been encountering a recurring error whenever I access the results tab. Despite multiple attempts at reinstalling the software, the error persists in both the 112 - 32 bit and 64 bit versions. I am unsure of the cause. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
This may be an access-rights issue. I would recommend trying to delete and manually recreate a file with that name in that folder. You may need to contact your IT support to discuss file access rights on your computer.
