I have paid following the links under "License" to obtain a license 2 weeks ago, on August 29. However, nothing happened since then. The payment went through via Paypal. However, my LEAP software still has not been granted a license and cannot save so far. No email notification, nor any response when I emailed to inquire about the progress on my license. I wonder if this has happened to anyone? Did I miss anything?

Hello Jiao Shi,
Sorry for the problem. I emailed you on 8/29 as I was confused about matching up the email you used to pay versus the email you used to register on this website. Perhaps you did not see my email? Normally, we try to issue license codes in just a few days after we receive payment, but I'm afraid I failed to meet that goal this time due to the confusion. I will issue a code to you now.
