    Hello,

    I keep getting this recurrent "Error Saving Option to file "ReportINL.txt"" message that makes it difficult to click anywhere else, especially when I am on the Results page. I don't know any other process using the file as it says on the message. I will appreciate your assistance. Find attached a screenshot of the error message.

    Hi there - this problem may indicate that some other program is locking those files: possibly an antivirus program or cloud-synching software like OneDrive, DropBox, Box, Google Drive, etc. Make sure your "LEAP Areas" folder is not located within a set of folders that are being synchronized, and if you are using an antivirus app, try to use its settings to exclude the LEAP Areas folder from the set of folders being scanned. ESET antivirus seems to be particularly problematic.

    If problems persist, please submit more detailed information about your installation. In particular, please send the contents of the Help: About screen.
