Hi there,
I have been applying license for student since approximately 10 days ago. However, I encountered an issue when I uploaded student ID where it was not successfully uploaded with the error message shown below. How could I solve this? And how long I should expected for getting my license's approval? Thanks in advance.

Dear manager,
I am also facing this issue and I am unable to upload my student ID information. I have submitted my application for a license and sent an email regarding this issue. I would like to ask the administrator to review my license as soon as possible and if more information about my student status is required, I am happy to provide it to the administrator via email.
