    Dear Leap Expert,
I want to ask about the difference between timeslice SET and DAILYTIMEBRACKET SET in the OSeMOSYS model. Could you give a more detailed explanation about these SETS and the use of the parameter of "param Conversionlh{l in TIMESLICE, lh in DAILYTIMEBRACKET}"?

    Thank you.

Hi Rahmat - which version of LEAP are you using? LEAP 2024 no longer works with OsEmosys. We only support NEMO now. You might want to repost your question on the OsEmosys site although I notice that site has been down for the last few weeks at least. https://groups.google.com/g/osemosys

    Thank you Dr. Heaps,

I aim to better understand LEAP's optimization model, particularly the methodology employed to transition from detailed hourly power plant operational data to aggregated annual planning. I've identified the OSeMOSYS.txt file as a potential resource for this information. However, I require assistance in interpreting the optimization model as it's represented within that file. Could you please offer insights into how to effectively analyze the OSeMOSYS.txt file to understand LEAP's optimization approach?

    Thank you.

Hi again Rahmat - as I noted previously, LEAP2024 no longer uses OSeMOSYS nor that text file osemosys.txt.
