I am nearly done with the Transport Baseline, and now I have to compute Mitigation scenarios. I have developed only passenger and freight branches, each branch has road, rail and air sections. I have several measures to include, but following two I have no idea how I can develop in LEAP.
    (1) Develop multimodal transit (including BRT, metro, electric rail, and cable car transport).
    (2) Expand domestic rail transport

If anybody has any ideas, please give me some advice. It would mean a lot, thanks in advance.

    Hi Enkhdul,

In LEAP you probably want to model each set of transport technologies separately (cars, buses, taxis, trains, subways, etc). So you probably would not have tree branches that explicitly model multimodal transport.

However, once you start thinking about active policy measures in your scenarios. you would do that by modeling to what extent the policies encourage (for example) more subways, buses, active transport (biking, walking) and (relatively) reduce modes such as personal car use. This you can model the energy and emissions implications (benefits) of encouraging multimodal transport.

    Hope this helps!
