Dear Sir,
I've registered for free license of LEAP model, and received an approval letter asking me to make an online registration for fully enabled version.
i made the online registration, but unfortunately still receive the attached letter, in spite of the fact that when logging into LEAP site you keep telling me that i've had a valid 2 years license!
I appreciate your prompt considering this matter.

1 Like If you see this message, you will need to go to the Help: Register Online menu option within LEAP itself (not the website) and re-enter your user name (email address) and the password you use to login to the LEAP website. Once you submit, LEAP will contact the LEAP server to register your copy of LEAP. This can take a few seconds depending on your internet connection speed, so please be patient with it!

Thank you for your reply. I made the online registration, waited enough time ,more than half hour, but still save is not activated

Hmm - this sounds like LEAP may be blocked by a firewall. It should only take a few seconds - not minutes. Please check with your IT team to see if something is blocking LEAP from communicating over the internet.
