I have run two identical scenarios, one with storage and one without. This is optimization of electricity sector using NEMO(Gurobi). The scenario with storage results in the correct capacities, but outputs that do not make sense, including large unmet requirements and unexpected technology dispatch. I have tried to modify variables one by one across the entire model, and only find that any time the storage process has any capacity (either endogenous or exogenous), it seems the optimization will not produce proper results. Any advice is appreciated. LEAP 2024.2.0.8 NEMO 2.2.0.
