Dear all,
When I run the optimization, LEAP introduces unmet requirements even though power plants of that region are not fully loaded. Could you please advise what might be the reason? My starting settings are:
1) Reserve is set to 0
2) I set min utilization for each power plant (otherwise unmet requirements even higher)
3) I set very high cost of unmet requirements

Thank you Inna Kim, I have similar problems with my optimization as well. I am replying here since our problems are similar and hopefully, this will get it more attention.
